Improved usability and performance
The form-designer part of Sweet forms has been improved. Extended support for visibility rules as well as global lists, offer greater customization as well as performance.
Mobile BankID signing
Thanks to our integration with Scrive, Sweet Forms can now offer you even more powerful ways to sign your forms with the addition of mobile BankID.
Does your form require multiple parties to sign? No worries, that’s now fully supported by Sweet Forms through our integration with Scrive.
Power Bi – In Sweet Portal
You are now able to view Power BI-reports directly in Sweet, providing you with the options to leverage powerful data insights closer to your customer-specific work.
A new area has been added to Sweet Portal which supports fast and efficient field service.
Work Orders & Service Appointments
With the possibility to create Work Orders from most objects within Sweet, you can almost instantaneously deal with issues that require on-premise service by setting up Service Appointments, notifying your agents that action is required.
Sweet now also supports both product- and service-based articles, allowing you to keep track of products to use as well as services to provide.
We keep adding more support for the use of other vendors when it comes to communication to- and for the customer, providing you with the option to keep using existing solutions together with Sweet. This time around we have adde support for Mailchimp and Symplify.
